For a somewhat lengthy period, I drifted away from our adventures on the El Camino de Santiago. The need to walk away (pun intended) let me pursue a fairly detailed family project and a couple of trips out west. Also, there was this nagging thought that my readers might’ve grown weary of the sometimes similar images of the Spanish towns and countryside.
The last post related to our trek had related to the memorable afternoon of fun and good cheer with: the Running of the Bulls.
After the bull run, this was my final image on the streets of Los Arcos – four gentlemen, no doubt good neighbors and friends. I was a perfect wrap to a perfect day, and both they and we were about to call it a night. Our journey the next morning would take us to Logroño, Spain.
